This recipe is from my mother-in-law and it's taken me a handful of tries to get it right—and to pass the standards of my husband who grew up eating them.

- You need 1-2 tbs of Worcestershire sauce.

- Prepare 1 tsp of Barbecue spice.
- You need 2 tbs of oil.
- Prepare 2 tbs of Chopped Dhania and spring onions.
- Prepare 1 of potato cubed and boiled till soft.

- Mix warm water, yeast, flour, salt, oil, milk powder and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Add flour and oil. Knead into a smooth dough. Set aside 45 mins. Punch down and form small balls..
- Fry red onions in oil together with the dry whole spices (methi (fenugreek), Jeeru (cumin) and Black mustard seeds) until colour begins to change..
